A chronicle purchasing journey of Interactive Board
The purchasing journey of my Italian customers is truly a chronicle of twists and turns!
The customer made a purchase decision very quickly. The Smart Board was ready for shipment in short time. The customer pointed out that the configuration of the OPS was too low and he needed the 86-inch Conference Tablet to respond very quickly.
Our factory replaced the OPS very quickly and arranged a door-to-door transportation service to his address with custom clearance and tax included. It is this arrangement that leads to endless complaints from customers and suspicion that we have not shipped the Smart Board at all.
Of course, we sent the Conference Tablet in time, but the Red Sea War caused the ship to detour around the Cape of Good Hope, so the sailing time was greatly extended.
In the end, the customer received our Interactive Board and was pleasantly surprised to find that the wooden box was intact and the machine was not damaged at all. He was impressed by the powerful functions of this Dual System, built in camera and microphone Smart Board.
