Common installation and maintenance methods for LCD splicing screens
1. Floor cabinet installation
The floor cabinet installation is made of all-steel, with a computer gray appearance and static protection. The whole system looks beautiful and atmospheric, and it is also relatively simple if the system needs to be moved.
2. Wall-mounted bracket installation
The wall-mounted bracket installation is to use expansion bolts to fix the bracket to the wall first, and then hang the splicing screen on it. After debugging, it can be installed simply and quickly. However, if there are a large number of splicing screens, the wall may not be able to bear it.
3. Embedded installation
Embedded installation is to dig out space on the wall and then edge the screen. The advantage is that it can be better integrated with the surrounding environment and can save more space.
4. Vertical bracket installation
In the vertical bracket installation method, the entire splicing screen system is supported by the bracket, and the splicing bracket must support the weight of the entire system. This installation method requires the installation ground to be flat and strong enough, and the requirements for the splicing bracket are also relatively high. This installation is conducive to system maintenance and fault repair.
There are two common maintenance methods for LCD splicing screens:
1. Front maintenance method with external drag and splicing
Front maintenance generally involves removing the screen from the front of the large screen and then maintaining it; there are two types: electric and manual; the installation of large screens with this maintenance method is very complicated, and only two layers of large screens can be spliced (three layers are recommended at most); at the same time, since a margin must be left for removing the large screen from the front, the seam of the large screen will inevitably become larger, which will affect the display effect to a certain extent.
2. Rear maintenance method with a maintenance channel reserved at the back
Rear maintenance refers to maintenance on the back side of the large screen, which requires sufficient maintenance channels to be reserved at the back of the screen, generally about 70 cm to 1 meter in width, with high requirements for construction space, and will compress the visible space to a certain extent. Most projects now use rear maintenance methods.
These four types of LCD splicing screen installation methods have their own advantages. It is impossible to say which one is absolutely good or bad. It can only be said that the most suitable installation method is adopted under the premise of meeting both the actual needs of the project and the needs of users.
