How to install the video wall?
The installation method of splicing screen usually includes the following steps:
1. Determine the installation location and quantity. First of all, the installation location and quantity of splicing screens need to be determined, which depends on the actual needs and installation environment. The installation location should have sufficient load-bearing capacity and suitable power and signal access conditions.
2. Mounting brackets. Install the bracket according to the selected installation method (such as wall-mounted, floor-standing bracket or cabinet-type). The installation of the bracket should ensure that it is horizontal and vertical, and use a level for precise measurement to avoid extrusion or tilting of the screen after installation.
3. Cabling and power connections. Reserve appropriate power sockets behind the screen location and ensure that the power cord can be safely connected to each large screen. At the same time, arrange the layout of signal lines to ensure that the connection is stable and reliable and does not interfere with other devices.
4. Installation screen. During the installation process, the screen should be handled gently and avoid using brute force. Appropriate spacing should be maintained between screens to prevent screen squeezing. Generally, it can pass through the gap of A4 paper.
5. Connect the power and signal cables. Connect the power cord and signal cable of the splicing screen, check whether each large screen is turned on normally, then connect the signal source and control equipment, and check whether the image quality, brightness and color are accurate and consistent.
6. Debugging and maintenance. After the installation is complete, debug to make sure all screens are working properly. Regularly check the operating status of the splicing screen and keep it clean and maintained.
In addition, during the installation process, you need to pay attention to the surrounding light environment and avoid light that may enter near the screen, such as window light. At the same time, it is best to turn off the lights when the device is running to avoid direct sunlight shining on the screen.
