At present, the border of the monitor can be optimized to about 2mm. Although there are lower advertised values on the market, it is just a numbers game. When many narrow-border LCD Monitors are not lit, the borders are indeed very thin, but when they are lit, there is still an obvious black frame between the screen and the physical border. Such products naturally have a little discount when they advertise their border values. However, there is no doubt that narrow borders are still the current development trend.
