Splicing screen construction plan
Installation of LCD splicing screen hanger
1. Use M4 screws to fix the tailgate on the hanger.
2. Use M6 screws to connect the hanger to the connection hole of the screen.
3. Install M6 inner hexagon screws in the adjustment screw holes to adjust the level of the splicing screen.
4. After installation, see the schematic diagram on the back of the screen.
5. All screw connections must be tightly tightened.
The installation of the LCD video wall base.
1. The height of the base can be customized according to the actual situation on site.
2. The splicing frame and the base are fixed on the base by fastening the upper and lower screws.
3. The base is equipped with anchor bolts for fine adjustment of height (0-50mm).
4. The base should be installed on a horizontal load-bearing ground, not on an electrostatic floor.
5. When installing the splicing unit, firstly carry out the overall leveling of the base, and keep all the mounting surfaces of the base on the same plane.
Assembly of LCD digital signage
1. The upper, lower, left, and right splicing units of the LCD display are fastened and connected with hexagon socket bolts.
2. The splicing unit and the base are tightly connected with hexagon socket bolts.
3. Install the base units first, use a spirit level or a water pipe to find the level of the bases of each unit, and keep the bases on the same level before connecting and fixing them.
4. After installing the base, install the splicing units in the order of first the middle, then both sides, and from bottom to top. At the same time, after installing each layer of splicing units, check its verticality and flatness.
Install and fix the LCD advertising player
1. According to different site conditions, two methods can be used: ceiling bracket connection and facade wall support bracket fixing. No matter which method is used, it is necessary to ensure that the fixed wall (or ceiling) is a load-bearing wall (or roof).
2. Note: When installing the screen, the bracket must be fixed first. Do not install the screen without fixing the bracket.
3. Adjust the adjustment screw of the rear hanger of the LCD screen to adjust the level of the screen and the horizontal gap.
4. Adjust the adjustment screws on the four corners of the hanging beam of the unit frame to adjust the flatness of the screen body.
