The working principle of LCD splicing screen is as follows:

Liquid crystal display principle: The liquid crystal display screen is composed of two parallel layers of glass substrates, filled with liquid crystal molecules in the middle. The orientation of liquid crystal molecules can be controlled by applying an electric field. In the absence of an electric field, the liquid crystal molecules appear in a twisted arrangement and cannot transmit light. When an electric field is applied to the liquid crystal molecules, the liquid crystal molecules rearrange so that light can pass through.

Splicing structure: Each splicing unit of the LCD splicing screen contains an LCD screen and a frame. The bezels are usually very narrow to reduce gaps when joining multiple units together, allowing for seamless splicing. The splicing units are connected through specific connection methods, such as laser welding or magnetic suction, to ensure the stability and consistency of the screen.

Control and drive: LCD splicing screens use specialized controllers and drive circuits to manage the entire display system. The controller is responsible for receiving image and video signals and distributing them to various splicing units. The drive circuit controls the liquid crystal molecules in each splicing unit and adjusts the electric field according to the input signal so that the arrangement of the liquid crystal molecules is suitable for displaying the required image content.
